This development is Jackson Hole’s only ski-in and ski-out, deed-restricted affordable housing. The seven, three-story units are 2,000 square feet each and accessed via a heated road. The benefits of construction on a hillside with step-up design include more privacy and sound separation between the units.


Finished in timber, traditional wood siding, and stone, the homes have the same exterior materials as nearby market-rate housing. Each unit contains three bedrooms and its own garage. A generous back deck opens to the forest and to directly access Snow King trails and ski runs.
